MOBILE HEALTH IS BOOSTED IN NIGERIA AS MONITOR HEALTHCARE LIMITED LAUNCHES AREADOC APP
The future of mobile health in Nigeria is looking up as a new mobile technology service was introduced into the healthcare market on Thursday 14th of December, 2017. At the National Executive Council meeting of the Nigerian Medical Association in FESTAC, Monitor Healthcare Limited (MHL) made a landmark by launching an interactive medical app called AreaDoc.
The CEO of MHL Dr. Olufemi Ogunremi, gave an introductory speech on the value proposition of the app to the healthcare providers and patients. The conference which boasted of over 250 delegates from various parts of Nigeria consisted of the key players in the Medical field – Doctors to representatives from the Association of Radiologists in Nigeria.
