MONITOR HEALTHCARE LTD FIGHT AGAINST BREAST CANCER: SCREENS OVER 100 WOMEN IN ABUJA
Kuje & Maitama Abuja had a feel of Monitor Healthcare on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of August, 2019 during the 3-day breast cancer screening program themed “the best prevention is early detection” at Agape Biomedical Clinic,behind Kareem Nafo estate,holy family area, Kuje and NEMSA medical centre Maitama, close to the German embassy, Abuja.
Monitor Healthcare had a group of seasoned medical professionals from the United Kingdom on ground for the screening exercise which had women trooping to get screened. With the drive and passion to ensure that quality healthcare is provided to save lives, screening was done at a discounted price.
There was also a brief lecture given by the CEO Monitor Healthcare, Dr Femi Ogunremi to enlighten the participants on the merits of early detection and the high tendency of getting cured. Participants were registered and then screened
All that got screened were amazed and excited about the new technology being used (BREAST-i), as it was painless and easy to use. This is why Monitor Healthcare Ltd with the support of financial, medical, educational institutions will continue to organize more of these screening outreaches in order to help people have a chance against breast cancer and make quality healthcare assessable.
