Stakeholders have called for a national free breast and cardiovascular
screening to reduce rising cases, health complications, and death associated
with the disease.

As part of their own way of giving back to society, Monitor Healthcare
Ltd and Buku Foundation organized a one-day screening outreach for Women in
Ikota Village, Lagos State.

The senior program manager told the masses that the project was a free
screening and a way of appreciating the women in the community. The screening
was for all age-group and it involved Breast Screening, Blood Pressure, and
Blood Glucose screening.

The masses were greatful for this generosity as most of them hardly
go for routine check-ups and had no previous knowledge of their health status.

Monitor Healthcare Ltd remains committed to delivering quality and
professional services. We are choosing to close the care gap by providing
access to accurate information and knowledge about cancer to empower us all,
build advocacy and promote health equity.

The screening was successful and came to an end with smiles of joy on
the faces of the women.

Early detection of non-communicable diseases is at the heart of what we
do at Monitor Healthcare Ltd.
