REQUIREMENTS TO ENROL IN THE TRAINING

• The student must be 18 years above.
• Any individual regardless of your educational background, without prior health knowledge can enrol.

OUR INTENSIVE HCA TRAINING SCHEDULE

Join our 4-day intensive training program, designed to learn and equip you with core competencies, hands on skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a Healthcare Assistant in your career. Over the four days, you will cover 20 core modules that will build your on the job confidence, improve your quality and safety in practice.

You are encourage to also enrol for our optional Basic Life Support (BLS) Training and earn additional international certificate as a BLS provider.

Time: 9 am – 4 pm

TRAINING OPTIONS:

A. We offer two physical training programs at our training center:

OPTION 1: HCA Training for Working Abroad.
– Duration: 5 days
– Includes Basic Life Support training
– Cost: ₦345,000

– Summative assessment using a reflective learning portfolio

– Introductory letter to a clinic for clinical observation
– Job references after practical placement

– Internationally accredited Basic Life Support provider certificate
OPTION 2: HCA Training for Working Locally in Nigeria
– Duration: 5 days of classroom work + clinical attachment/field work
– Cost: ₦150,000
Benefits:
– Certificate of completion of training
– CPD UK certificates for relevant modules completed and passed
– Opportunity for job placement where suitable
– Weekly review during practical placement with training supervisors to align learning with required core competences

B. Virtual Training Options

At Monitor Healthcare Ltd, we understand that not everyone can attend our physical training sessions. That’s why we offer virtual training options, allowing you to attend our classes virtually.

Virtual Training Details:

– Duration: 5 days

– Cost: ₦345,000 (same as physical training)

– Materials: All materials will be sent to delegates after payment and signing MOU

– Access: Access to the training will be shared on the day of the training for delegates to log in to their classes.

OPTIONAL SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT

We offer an optional Summative Assessment, which includes:

– Reflective learning assessment

– One-on-one assessment with our facilitator

– Discussion of possible interview questions and coaching on how to answer potential interview questions

Cost: ₦150,000

BENEFITS AFTER OUR TRAINING

After completing our training program, you can expect:

– Issuance of internationally recognizable certificates

– OPTION A

– Physical Enrolment with BLS: ₦345,000 (HCA for Abroad) or ₦150,000 (HCA for Local Job)

– Virtual Enrolment with BLS theory. Candidates going for this option will have to attend our training center to have a Physical BLS assessment: ₦345,000

– Physical or Virtual option with FIRST AID Training: ₦383,000

– Summative Assessment ONLY: ₦150,000

– Training with Accommodation Option: ₦602,000

– Job Alignment Option: Call to discuss

– Payment in instalments: 50% non-refundable deposit before class commencement, balance paid before certificate issuance and Summative assessment.
