The Business Value of Quality Webinar
On December 12th, 2024, we hosted “The Business Value of Quality” webinar, led by Dr. Pamela Ajayi, President of the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria. This virtual event brought together healthcare professionals to discuss the significance of quality in healthcare businesses.
The webinar explored three pivotal questions:
- What is quality? Understanding the fundamentals of quality and its relevance in healthcare.
- Why do you need quality? Uncovering the importance of quality in ensuring patient satisfaction, safety, and loyalty.
- How does improving quality improve profitability? Examining the direct correlation between quality enhancement and increased profitability in healthcare businesses.
The excitement continued with our End-of-Year party on December 14th, 2024, where we celebrated the achievements and milestones of our team members. It was a wonderful opportunity to bond, reflect on the past year, and look forward to the new year.
